Slush

Ingredients:
  • 16oz box of strawberry jello
  • 1c sugar
  • 42oz pineapple juice
  • 4c boiling water
  • 6oz frozen lemonade
Directions:
  1. Mix jello, sugar and water until dissolved. Add pineapple juice and lemonade. Pour into a 5qt ice cream bucket. Stir after 6-8 hours. Stir every 4 hours after that. Serve with sierra mist or sprite. You can also substitute the jello flavor of your choice.

Cherry Chocolate Ice Cream Floats

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup water
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 cups carbonated water, chilled
  • 3 tablespoons maraschino cherry juice
  • Chocolate syrup
  • 14 scoops chocolate ice cream
  • Whipped cream in a can
  • 7 maraschino cherries
Directions:
  1. In a large saucepan, bring water and sugar to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer for 5 minutes. Cool. Stir in carbonated water and cherry juice.
  2. Drizzle chocolate syrup in each of seven chilled glasses. Place two scoops of ice cream in each glass. Pour carbonated water mixture over ice cream; top each with whipped cream and a cherry. Serve immediately. Yield: 7 servings.

Purple Cows


Ingredients:
  • 3 cups frozen vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup thawed frozen grape juice concentrate (undiluted)
  • 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
Directions:
  1. Blend together ingredients in a blender.
  2. Enjoy!

Homemade Strawberry Lemonade


Ingredients:
  • 1 container of frozen Lemonade concentrate
  • strawberries (fresh or frozen)
Directions:
  1. Make up the lemonade. Smash up strawberries and add to lemonade.
**I feel that frozen strawberries thawed are easier to smash up. Add as many as you want.

Pina Colada Punch (Non Alcoholic)

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup lemonade powder mix(with sugar)
  • 1 6 oz. can cream of coconut
  • 1 1/2 cup(12 oz.) coconut nectar
  • 1/2 of a large can pineapple juice
  • 3 caps full coconut flavoring
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar (don't usually add this)
  • 6 qt. 7-Up
Directions:

  1. Mix lemonade mix and cream of coconut in a gallon container.
  2. Then add remaining ingredients.
  3. Finish filling gallon container with water.
  4. Freeze.
  5. Set out to thaw at least 3 hours beforehand.
  6. Put in punch bowl and add 2 qt. 7-Up.
  7. Make 6 quarts- 48 serving @ 4 oz. per serving.
I just recently had this at a baby shower and it is awesome! Very light, but so flavorful!!

Hot Spiced Tea

Ingredients:
  • 1 large can Pineapple juice
  • 1 large can Apricot nectar (juice)
  • 1 large can frozen Orange juice
  • 1 large can frozen Lemonade
  • 2 pkgs. strawberry jello - (or 1 large)
  • 1 pkg. Red Hot candies
  • 4 TBSP of Instant Tea
  • 4 quarts (1 gallon) water
Directions:
  1. Mix all ingredients together and heat on stove. Drink and enjoy.

Hot Spiced Cider

Ingredients:
  • 8 cups apple cider or apple juice
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 6 inches stick cinnamon
  • 1 tsp whole allspice
  • 1 tsp whole cloves
  • 8 thin orange wedges (optional)
Directions:
  1. In a saucepan combine cider and brown sugar.
  2. For spice bag, place cinnamon, allspice, orange wedges and whole cloves on a double-thick, 6-inch-square piece of 100% cotton cheesecloth. Bring corners together and tie with a clean string. Add bag to cider mixture.
  3. Bring to boiling; reduce heat.
  4. Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
  5. Remove spice bag; discard.
