Baked Corn

Ingredients:
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can cream style corn
  • 1 box Jiffy corn meal mix
  • 1 stick margarine, softened
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 1 egg
Directions:
  1. Mix above ingredients together
  2. Put in greased/buttered 2 quart dish.
  3. Bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes until brown
  4. DO NOT COVER
