- 2 boxes frozen or 1 head fresh broccoli
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 C. mayo
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 med. onion chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 C. grated sharp cheddar cheese
- Cook and drain the broccoli (2 boxes frozen or 1 head fresh).
- Mix together cream of mushroom soup, mayo, eggs, onion (chopped), salt and pepper to taste, and grated sharp cheddar cheese.
- Bake at 350 for 30 mins.
**Can be topped with french onions and then baked if desired.
