Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 2 boxes frozen or 1 head fresh broccoli
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 C. mayo
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 med. onion chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 C. grated sharp cheddar cheese
Directions:

  1. Cook and drain the broccoli (2 boxes frozen or 1 head fresh).
  2. Mix together cream of mushroom soup, mayo, eggs, onion (chopped), salt and pepper to taste, and grated sharp cheddar cheese.
  3. Bake at 350 for 30 mins.

**Can be topped with french onions and then baked if desired.
