Corn Casserole

Ingredients:
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 1/2 c melted butter
  • 1 box jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 (15oz) can creamed corn
  • 1 (15oz) can yellow corn
  • 2 eggs
Directions:
  1. Do not drain corn.
  2. Mix everything together & pour into 9x13 pan.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
