Ham Balls

You can also make these ahead & freeze without the sauce. I usually freeze 1/2 of them unless we're making it for company. Freeze them individually on a baking sheet & then you can put them into a Ziploc bag or container.

This is a recipe I recognize. It was originally from my mother-in-law. It's very good. We don't find ground ham in the store very often, so we just bought a meat grinder attachment for the Kitchen Aid stand mixer to grind our own.
