- 1 lb. pork sausage
- 2 cans cream of potato soup
- 9 eggs
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1/4 t. pepper
- 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- Brown sausage over medium heat until no longer pink' drain.
- Stir in soup.
- Beat eggs, milk and pepper together and add sausage mixture.
- Pour into greased 9x13 pan.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake, uncovered, for 40-45 minutes at 375*.
