Sausage Egg Bake

Ingredients:
  • 1 lb. pork sausage
  • 2 cans cream of potato soup
  • 9 eggs
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1/4 t. pepper
  • 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
  1. Brown sausage over medium heat until no longer pink' drain.
  2. Stir in soup.
  3. Beat eggs, milk and pepper together and add sausage mixture.
  4. Pour into greased 9x13 pan.
  5. Sprinkle with cheese.
  6. Bake, uncovered, for 40-45 minutes at 375*.
