Sunny Fruit Salad

Ingredients:

  • 11 oz mandarin oranges (save juice)
  • 3.4 oz Instant Vanilla pudding
  • 14 oz. pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 1 1/2 c. mini marshmallows
  • 1 c. cool whip
Directions:

  1. Drain juice from mandarin oranges and mix with dry pudding mix. It will be thick.
  2. Stir in fruits and marshmallows.
  3. Fold in cool whip.
  4. Let set in fridge for about 2 hours.

I like to add a small jar of drained maraschino cherries.
