- 2 T. vegetable oil
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/4 t. pepper
- 1 T. vinegar
- 1 T. sugar
- 1 cucumber, peeled & sliced
- 1 tomato, cubed
- 1 onion, sliced & separated into rings (opt.)
- Combine first six ingredients in jar, shake well. Combine vegetables in bowl. Pour marinade over vegetables. Refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
