- 1 1/2 cup graham crackers, crushed (ziploc bag and rolling pin works wonderfully)
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 6 tbsp butter, either at room temperature or melted
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- Mix well, press into ungreased pie plate
- Bake at 375* for 7 minutes
