Ingredients:
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 2 zucchinis, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- mushrooms, sliced
- garlic, minced
- salt and pepper
- Instant white rice, cooked
- Cook hamburger; drain. Stir-fry zucchini, onion, mushrooms and garlic. Add hamburger, salt and pepper; mix and heat. Put over rice.
