Baked Pork Chops

  • 6 pork chops, 1/2" - 3/4" thick
  • 1 medium onion
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 3 T. ketchup
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 t. Worcestershire sauce
  1. Trim fat from chops and heat in skillet. Season with salt and pepper. Drain off fat and place in casserold.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chops (I always fill the soup can with water and add that too, so it's not quite as thick)
  3. Cover and bake at 350* for 45-60 minutes or until chops are done.
  4. Sauce is very good over mashed potatoes!!!
