Baked Pork Chops
Ingredients:
- 6 pork chops, 1/2" - 3/4" thick
- 1 medium onion
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 3 T. ketchup
- 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
- 2 t. Worcestershire sauce
Directions:
- Trim fat from chops and heat in skillet. Season with salt and pepper. Drain off fat and place in casserold.
- Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chops (I always fill the soup can with water and add that too, so it's not quite as thick)
- Cover and bake at 350* for 45-60 minutes or until chops are done.
- Sauce is very good over mashed potatoes!!!
