- 3 chicken breasts, cooked and diced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 4 T. butter
- 1/2 c. diced onion
- 4 oz. mushrooms
- Saute onions and mushrooms in butter. Add cream of mushroom soup, heat to boiling. Stir in sour cream; heat through.
- Combine with chicken in 2-quart baking dish.
- Bake at 350* for 25-30 minutes
- Is delicious served over rice or mashed potatoes.
