- Spareribs
- sliced onions
- 1 c. ketchup
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1/2 c. water
- Line spareribs in pan, place sliced onions on top.
- Mix remaining ingredients together, pour on top.
- Bake at 325: covered for 2 hours, uncover and bake additional 1/2 hour.
- This recipe is good with chicken too. Good over rice or mashed potatoes.
