Cauliflower AuGratin


  • 6 Tablespoons of butter
  • 2 Garlic cloves – minced
  • 4 oz. cooked ham, chopped
  • 1 Head cauliflower broken in florets
  • 2 Tablespoons flour
  • 1 ½ Cups whipping cream
  • ¼ teaspoon salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 ½ Cups shredded mild cheddar


Melt butter in a large skillet
Sauté garlic and ham 2 minutes
Add cauliflower and cook until tender
Combine flour and cream stir into skillet and blend well
Add salt and pepper. Cook and stir until thickened & bubbly
Pour into baking dish.
Sprinkle with cheese; broil until lightly browned (2-4 minutes)
OPTIONAL: Sprinkle with parsley and paprika.
