- 1 c. choc. chips
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/3 c. evaporated milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- Melt choc. chips and butter.
- Beat in evaporated milk and butter.
- Gradually beat in powdered sugar.
- Makes enough to frost a 9x13 cake.
