Easy to Stuff Manicotti

Ingredients:

  • 1 pkg (8 oz) Manicotti shells
  • 1 1/2 pounds Ground Beef
  • 1/2 C Chopped Onion
  • 1 1/2 jar(s) Spaghetti Sauce
  • 14 pieces of string cheese - 1 per manicotti shell *Used 1 1/2 per manicotti shell so total of 21
  • 2 Cups Shredded Mozzerella Cheese
Directions:

  1. Cook manicotti according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain.
  3. Stir in spaghetti sauce.
  4. Spread half of the meat sauce into a greased 13X9X2 baking dish.
  5. Drain manicotti; stuff each shell with a piece of string cheese.
  6. Place over meat sauce; top with remaining sauce.
  7. Cover and bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until heated through.
  8. Sprinkle with Mozzerella cheese.
  9. Bake, uncovered for 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted.

**Yield: 6-8 Servings
