- 3 cups shortening (Crisco)
- 2 lb. powdered sugar
- 1 TB water
- 3 tsp clear vanilla
- Whip shortening and water with wire whisk. Slowly add powdered sugar then vanilla. If too dry, add little bit of milk. Whip 2 minutes after completely mixed together. The longer you whip, the fluffier it will be. Refrigerate up to 1 month or freeze up to 3 months.
