Portabella Mushroom Tortellini

Ingredients:
  • 1 lb. cheese tortellini
  • 3 large portabella mushrooms, gills removed & sliced
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 1 TB chopped fresh parsley
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 16 oz. jar alfredo sauce
  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
  • cooked diced chicken (if desired)
Directions:
  1. Boil pasta. In medium skillet; combine wine, mushrooms, garlic & parsley, stirring frequently until mushrooms are cooked through. Remove from heat and slowly add alfredo sauce, chicken & cheese, stirring to blend. Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir in cooked pasta and serve.
