Portabella Mushroom Tortellini
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. cheese tortellini
- 3 large portabella mushrooms, gills removed & sliced
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1 TB chopped fresh parsley
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 16 oz. jar alfredo sauce
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
- cooked diced chicken (if desired)
Directions:
- Boil pasta. In medium skillet; combine wine, mushrooms, garlic & parsley, stirring frequently until mushrooms are cooked through. Remove from heat and slowly add alfredo sauce, chicken & cheese, stirring to blend. Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir in cooked pasta and serve.
