Stuffed Shells

Ingredients:
  • 1 (8 oz) pkg large shells
  • 2 c shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 24 oz. cottage cheese
  • 1/2 c parmesan cheese
  • 2 T parsley
  • 1 t sugar
  • 1/4 t salt
  • 1/4 t pepper
  • 1 qt spaghetti sauce
Directions:
  1. Heat oven to 350*
  2. Cook shells according to package instructions
  3. Mix remaining ingredients together, except for spaghetti sauce
  4. Stuff 1/3 c of mixture into each shell.
  5. Pour 2 c spaghetti sauce into bottom of 9x13 pan. Line with single layer of shells, pour remaining spaghetti sauce over shells and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes.
