Stuffed Shells
Ingredients:
- 1 (8 oz) pkg large shells
- 2 c shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 24 oz. cottage cheese
- 1/2 c parmesan cheese
- 2 T parsley
- 1 t sugar
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/4 t pepper
- 1 qt spaghetti sauce
Directions:
- Heat oven to 350*
- Cook shells according to package instructions
- Mix remaining ingredients together, except for spaghetti sauce
- Stuff 1/3 c of mixture into each shell.
- Pour 2 c spaghetti sauce into bottom of 9x13 pan. Line with single layer of shells, pour remaining spaghetti sauce over shells and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
