Wrap Steaks
Ingredients:
- beef/venison: steaks/tenderloins
- red potatoes, quartered
- chopped onion
- can of mushrooms, save liquid
- 1 env. dry onion soup mix
Directions:
- I usually line a 9x13 pan with enough foil to wrap over top, but you can make individual wraps also.
- Place meat, red potatoes, chopped onion, and mushroom in pan.
- Sprinkle with dry onion soup mix.
- Drizzle mushroom liquid over all.
- Cover with foil.
- Bake at 350 for about 1 1/2 hrs.
- This recipe comes from my SIL Tanya. I don't have specific amounts for ingredients. I just put in enough meat, potatoes for our family. You can also add green peppers too.
