Wrap Steaks


  • beef/venison: steaks/tenderloins
  • red potatoes, quartered
  • chopped onion
  • can of mushrooms, save liquid
  • 1 env. dry onion soup mix

  1. I usually line a 9x13 pan with enough foil to wrap over top, but you can make individual wraps also.
  2. Place meat, red potatoes, chopped onion, and mushroom in pan.
  3. Sprinkle with dry onion soup mix.
  4. Drizzle mushroom liquid over all.
  5. Cover with foil.
  6. Bake at 350 for about 1 1/2 hrs.
  7. This recipe comes from my SIL Tanya. I don't have specific amounts for ingredients. I just put in enough meat, potatoes for our family. You can also add green peppers too.
