Party Chicken
Ingredients:
- 8 skinless, boneless chicken breasts cut in half or chicken tenderloins
- 16 slices uncooked bacon
- 1 2.25 oz. jar of dried beef
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 16 oz. sour cream
- Must be made and refrigerated at least 8 hour before you bake it.
Directions:
- Shred dried beef in bottom of greased 9" x 13" pan
- Wrap each half chicken breast in 1 slice of uncooked bacon.( If using tenderloins wrap 2 together.) and place on top of dried beef.
- Mix mushroom soup and sour cream together and pour evenly over the chicken.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Uncover and bake at 275 for 3 hours.
- Serve with mashed potatos or rice. ENJOY!!

This is an incredible yummy recipe, I got it years ago, but I have never refrigerated mine before baking (?)
