- 1 - 15 oz. can pumpkin (OR 2 Cups prepared pumpkin)
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 stick melted butter or margarine
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and blend well. Bake in greased 9x13 pan at 350* for 35 minutes.
Frosting:
8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick butter or margarine
1 TBSP + 1 tsp milk
1 1/3 tsp vanilla
Beat until soft, then add powdered sugar until correct consistency to spread.
