Pumpkin Cake

Ingredients:



  • 1 - 15 oz. can pumpkin (OR 2 Cups prepared pumpkin)

  • 2 cups sugar

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 stick melted butter or margarine

  • 2 cups flour

  • 2 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:



  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and blend well. Bake in greased 9x13 pan at 350* for 35 minutes.

Frosting:


8 oz. cream cheese


1 stick butter or margarine


1 TBSP + 1 tsp milk


1 1/3 tsp vanilla


Beat until soft, then add powdered sugar until correct consistency to spread.
