Baked Ziti

Ingredients:
  • 16oz dry Ziti noodles (@ 3 cups)
  • 1.5 lbs lean gr. beef
  • 48 oz spaghetti sauce
  • 3 cups cottage cheese (one full 24oz tub)
  • 3 tblsp parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Directions:
  1. Cook pasta while frying hamburger; drain
  2. add sauce to meat
  3. mix all other ingredients together; add pasta
  4. Spray a 9 x 13 pan w/Pam
  5. spread 1 cup sauce in bottom
  6. gently spoon noodle/cheese mixture over sauce
  7. pour the rest of the sauce over the cheese
  8. Bake covered at 350 for 30 minutes
