- 16oz dry Ziti noodles (@ 3 cups)
- 1.5 lbs lean gr. beef
- 48 oz spaghetti sauce
- 3 cups cottage cheese (one full 24oz tub)
- 3 tblsp parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 tsp dried parsley
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- Cook pasta while frying hamburger; drain
- add sauce to meat
- mix all other ingredients together; add pasta
- Spray a 9 x 13 pan w/Pam
- spread 1 cup sauce in bottom
- gently spoon noodle/cheese mixture over sauce
- pour the rest of the sauce over the cheese
- Bake covered at 350 for 30 minutes
