Chicken Tortilla Casserole (make ahead)

Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken breast (cooked and cubed)
  • 1 - 8oz Pace Picante
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken soup
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup Chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 8 small flour tortillas (torn into bite size pieces)
  • 1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese (save 1/2 for top)
Directions:

  1. Mix all together and put in an ungreased 9x13 pan.
  2. Top with the other half of grated Cheddar cheese.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Bake uncovered at 350 for 45 minutes.
