- 1 lb beef stew meat, cut into 1" cubes (We like to use leftover roast: beef or venison )
- 2-3 carrots, chopped
- 1 1/2 c. celery, chopped
- 1 c. onion, chopped
- 1 can golden mushroom soup
- 1/2 - 1 c. beef broth
- 2-3 potatoes, peeled and cubed
- Combine all ingredients and put in crock pot
- Cook on low for 6-7 hours
