Belgium Waffles

4 eggs seperated
1/2 tsp vanilla
3 T. melted butter
2 T. oil
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup flour

Directions:
Beat the egg whites until foamy set aside

Mix together all other ingredients and fold in the egg whites.

Put into your waffle iron cook until done!

great for breakfast or light supper
