- 1lb ground pork sausage
- 1 cup original bisquick
- 1 cup shredded cheddar
- 2 cups milk
- 1tsp ground mustard
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano leaves
- 6 eggs, slightly beaten
- Grease 2qt casserole dish
- Cook sausage over med heat
- Mix sausage and remaining ingredients
- Pour into casserole dish
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours but no longer than 24 hours
- Heat oven to 350 and bake uncovered for 1 hour or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
