- 16 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups (8 oz) shredded cheddar cheese
- 3/4 cup cubed fully cooked ham
- 6 green onions, chopped
- In a large bowl, beat eggs and milk. Stir in the cheese, ham and onions. Pour the egg mixture into a greased 13-inch x 9-inch x 2-inch baking dish.
- Bake, uncovered, at 350* for 40-45 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
- Yield: 12 servings
When I make this, I cut the recipe in half and bake it in a 8x8 inch baking dish.
