Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 pkgs. spaghetti sauce mix
- 2 (6 oz) cans tomato paste
- 6 (6 oz) cans water
- 1/2 lb uncooked lasagna noodles
- 12 oz cottage cheese
- 8 oz. shredded mozzarella
- 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
Directions:
- Prepare & refrigerate overnight or several hours before baking.
- Brown ground beef.
- Simmer together spaghetti sauce mix, tomato paste & water.
- Mix with meat.
- Place small amount of meat sauce in greased 9 x 13" pan.
- Layer noodles, meat sauce, cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese in 3 layers.
- Bake at 375 for 35-40 minutes, until bubbly.
- Let stand 15 minutes.
- Serves 8-10.

This is the one I always make. We like it. One tip--shop for the ingredients (especially the sauce mix) with the lowest mg of sodium!
