Honey Wheat Bread (Bread Machine)

Ingredients:

• 1 c. plus 1 Tbsp. warm water
• 1 egg
• 2 Tbsp. butter
• 2 Tbsp honey
• 1 tsp. salt
• 2 1/2 c. bread flour
• 3/4 c. whole-wheat flour
• 1 pkg. yeast
  

Directions:

1. Place ingredients in bread machine.
2. I like to use the dough option, then bake it myself.
3. You can use the white cycle, if you don't have a wheat cycle.
