Rueben Bake

Ingredients:
  • 2 tubes philsbury crescent rolls
  • 12 slices swiss cheese
  • 1 can sauerkraut, drained
  • 3/4 to 1 cup thousand island dressing (depends on how much dressing you like)
  • 16 oz. sliced corn beef
Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Grease a 9x13 pan with cooking spray.
  3. Unroll one tube of crescents and lay on bottom of ban. Bake @ 350 for 8 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven and lay 6 slices of cheese on crust.
  5. Next cover cheese with the corn beef.
  6. Mix together sauerkraut & dressing, and spread over meat.
  7. Layer with remaning cheese.
  8. Top with last tube of crescent rolls. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
