Ingredients:
- Chicken breasts, steak or pork chops
- Black pepper
- Ginger
- Garlic powder
- Frozen stir-fry veggie mix or your choice of veggies
- 3/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- Instant white rice
- Season meat with pepper, ginger and garlic powder. Start cooking white rice.
- Heat oil in large skillet or in a wok. Add meat and cook until no longer pink. Set aside.
- Add veggies and cook until tender. Add meat.
- Mix broth, cornstarch, soy sauce and ginger. Stir into meat mixture. Heat to boiling and stir.
- Serve over white rice.

When I saw the picture I thot that looks really good, than I saw your name, so I've probably eaten it before so I know it is good. Or is it from my recipe?
