Stir-fry


Ingredients:
  • Chicken breasts, steak or pork chops
  • Black pepper
  • Ginger
  • Garlic powder
  • Frozen stir-fry veggie mix or your choice of veggies
  • 3/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 Tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • Instant white rice
Directions:
  1. Season meat with pepper, ginger and garlic powder. Start cooking white rice.
  2. Heat oil in large skillet or in a wok. Add meat and cook until no longer pink. Set aside.
  3. Add veggies and cook until tender. Add meat.
  4. Mix broth, cornstarch, soy sauce and ginger. Stir into meat mixture. Heat to boiling and stir.
  5. Serve over white rice.

When I saw the picture I thot that looks really good, than I saw your name, so I've probably eaten it before so I know it is good. Or is it from my recipe?
