- 2 loaves frozen bread dough, ** thaw just enough so you can cut it into walnut-size pieces
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 pkg Vanilla or Butterscotch pudding (the recipe says NOT instant, but I've used it by mistake and it really makes no difference)
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 2 Tbsp. cinnamon
- Place about 3/4 of the bread dough pieces in bottom of buttered 9x13 pan.
- Add remaining ingredients, in order listed.
- Place the remaining bread dough on top.
- Cover and let rise in refrigerator over night
- Bake uncovered at 375 for 30-40 minutes.
We like this for a sweet breakfast treat. But it's also good for dessert too.
