Crock Pot Pizza

Ingredients:

  • 1 pkg 12 oz wide egg noodles
  • 1-1/2 lbs ground beef
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion or 1 T. minced
  • 1 jar 28 oz spaghetti sauce
  • 1 jar 4 1/2 oz slided mushrooms, drained
  • 1-1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 pkg 3 1/2 oz sliced pepperoni, halved
  • 3 c. 12 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 c. 12 oz shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:

  1. Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain.
  2. Meanwhile in a large skillet, cook beef & onion, drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce, mushrooms & seasoning.
  3. Spread a third of the meat sauce in a 5 qt slow cooker coated with nonstick cooking spray.
  4. Cover with a third of the noodles & pepperoni.
  5. Sprinkle with a third of each cheese.
  6. Repeat layers two more times.
  7. Cover & cook on low for 3-4 hours or until heated through & cheese is melted
