Crock Pot Pizza
Ingredients:
- 1 pkg 12 oz wide egg noodles
- 1-1/2 lbs ground beef
- 1/4 c. chopped onion or 1 T. minced
- 1 jar 28 oz spaghetti sauce
- 1 jar 4 1/2 oz slided mushrooms, drained
- 1-1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 pkg 3 1/2 oz sliced pepperoni, halved
- 3 c. 12 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3 c. 12 oz shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
- Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain.
- Meanwhile in a large skillet, cook beef & onion, drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce, mushrooms & seasoning.
- Spread a third of the meat sauce in a 5 qt slow cooker coated with nonstick cooking spray.
- Cover with a third of the noodles & pepperoni.
- Sprinkle with a third of each cheese.
- Repeat layers two more times.
- Cover & cook on low for 3-4 hours or until heated through & cheese is melted
