- 5 lbs potatoes, peeled, cubed & boiled
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 c. sour cream
- 3.25 oz jar bacon bits (or chopped ham)
- salt & pepper to taste
- Combine potatoes & butter in large bowl.
- Add cheese, sour cream & bacon bits, mixing thoroughly. Add salt & pepper.
- Spoon mixture into slow cooker, cover & cook on high for 1 hour or on low for 2 hours, stirring every 30 mins.
