Rhubarb Crisp

Ingredients:
  • 4 c. cut-up rhubarb
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. quick oatmeal
  • 1/3 c. butter-softened
  • 3/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3/4 tsp. nutmeg
Directions:
  1. Spread rhubarb in bottom of a greased 8x8 pan.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients together; sprinkle over rhubarb.
  3. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes or until golden brown and tender.
