- 4 c. cut-up rhubarb
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. quick oatmeal
- 1/3 c. butter-softened
- 3/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 3/4 tsp. nutmeg
- Spread rhubarb in bottom of a greased 8x8 pan.
- Mix remaining ingredients together; sprinkle over rhubarb.
- Bake at 375 for 30 minutes or until golden brown and tender.
