- Yellow cake mix, plus ingredients listed on package.
- Rhubarb, chopped - enough to cover bottom of 9x13 pan
- Sugar
- Place enough rhubarb to cover bottom of 9x13 pan.
- Sprinkle with desired amount of sugar.
- Mix cake mix according to package directions. Pour over rhubarb mixture.
- Bake according to directions for 9x13 cake.
- This is my Mother-in-law's recipe. It's ABSOLUTELY delicious with vanilla ice cream!
