- 10 oz pkg halfed strawberries in syrup
- 2- 8 oz pkgs cream cheese
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. cool whip
- 1 crumb crust
- Drain strawberries; reserving 1/4 of the liquid
- Beat cream cheese, reserved liquid, strawberries, sugar & vanilla until smooth
- Fold in the cool whip
- Spoon into the crust
- Refrigerate overnight
Garnish with fresh strawberries if desired.
