Party Chicken

Ingredients:
  • 8 skinless, boneless chicken breasts cut in half or chicken tenderloins
  • 16 slices uncooked bacon
  • 1 2.25 oz. jar of dried beef
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 16 oz. sour cream
  • Must be made and refrigerated at least 8 hour before you bake it.
Directions:
  1. Shred dried beef in bottom of greased 9" x 13" pan
  2. Wrap each half chicken breast in 1 slice of uncooked bacon.( If using tenderloins wrap 2 together.) and place on top of dried beef.
  3. Mix mushroom soup and sour cream together and pour evenly over the chicken.
  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  5. Uncover and bake at 275 for 3 hours.
  6. Serve with mashed potatos or rice. ENJOY!!
  7. Serves 12

This is an incredible yummy recipe, I got it years ago, but I have never refrigerated mine before baking (?)
