Sopapilla Cheesecake
Ingredients:
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 ( 8oz. pkg.) Cream cheese (softened)
- 1 t. vanilla
- 2 cans crescent rolls( easier to spread if at room temperature)
- 1 stick of butter
- 1/2 c. Cinnamon & 1/2 c.sugar (mixed)
Directions:
- Layer one can crescent rolls on bottom of 9x13 pan, pinch edges together to make one solid layer.
- Combine first three ingredients until well blended.
- Layer the other can of crescent rolls on top of the cream cheese mixture pinching rolls together to make one solid layer.
- Melt 1 stick butter and pour over the top.
- Sprinkle combined cinnamon and sugar over the butter.
- Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.
- Let sit a few minutes before serving.
- Garnish each serving with with a dollop of Cool Whip, a sprinkle of cinnamon and a drizzle of Carmel syrup .
